Robert Murphy - Academic Dean

Grace Einkauf serves as the choir director at Arete Hall.

She holds a BA from UT Austin and has 10 years of experience in choral directing. Prior to joining Arete Hall, Grace served as the children’s choir director at Redeemer Presbyterian Church.

At Arete Hall, Grace is passionate about teaching songs that will never be forgotten, bolstering students’ love and appreciation for music, and laying a firm foundation for their future lives as active worshipers. She is committed to fostering a Christ-centered learning environment that emphasizes excellence and the cultivation of historically rooted beauty through singing.

Grace enjoys teaching a micro school she started during Covid, planning trips and events, and watching Bollywood movies.

 Jane Geroy serves as a Lower Primary Teacher and tutor at Arete Hall, where she teaches Natural Philosophy, Humanities, and Linguistics.

She holds a degree from Schreiner University and has over 12 years of experience in teaching. Prior to joining Arete Hall, Jane has taught various classes from Preschool to 3rd Grade, tutored students in Niteroi, Brazil, and taught Sunday School at her church.  

At Arete Hall, Jane is passionate about encouraging students in their learning and in their faith.  She is committed to fostering a Christ-centered learning environment that is filled with joyful learning based on the fundamental truth of the Bible.  

Jane enjoys reading, walking in nature, and spending time with family.

Kayla Jolly serves as an upper primary teacher and lower primary aid, where she teaches Humanities and supports primary teachers in Natural Philosophy, English, and History. 

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Texas in Austin and has 7 years of experience teaching preschool. Prior to joining Arete Hall, Kayla served as the music teacher at Community Bible Study, co-led a youth group with her husband, and supported classroom teachers at her children’s previous school. 

At Arete Hall, Kayla is passionate about helping young students to enjoy learning by showing them the love of Jesus in all she does and says. She is committed to fostering a Christ-centered learning environment that nurtures children in the love, forgiveness, and joy of the Lord with energy and purpose. 

Kayla enjoys spending time with her husband, Jordan, and their 4 children. She sings with the music team at her home church, All Saints Presbyterian, and leads a women’s bible study. Kayla enjoys reading, holding babies, and sitting on the beach. 

Woodroe Kiser joins Arete Hall as Upper School Natural Philosophy Teacher and Athletic Director.

He holds a B.A. in Liberal Studies from Ambassador University and a Teaching Certificate from Western Washington University, and has over 20 years of experience teaching science and math. Prior to joining Arete Hall, Woodroe taught Chemistry and Life Science at Valor South Austin and Pre-AP Chemistry and Physics at Hill Country Middle School in Eanes. 

He also serves as Head Varsity Lacrosse Coach at Regents School of Austin, "the Creator's Game," being his favorite sport, and was named Central Texas Class B Lacrosse Coach of the Year in 2021.

At Arete Hall, Woodroe is devoted to creating opportunities to help shape students’ character and discover God's unique plan for their life, both in the classroom and through athletics. 

Woodroe enjoys hunting, fishing, and time with his wife and their two daughters who attend Arete Hall.

Brian Madaj serves as a Secondary Prep teacher at Arete Hall, where he teaches Greek.

He holds a B.A. from Trinity Christian College (Illinois) and a M.A. in Biblical and Theological Studies from Phoenix Seminary. He is currently completing a Ph.D. at the University of Texas at Austin in Hebrew Bible & Ancient Near East and has five years of experience in the classroom in a variety of roles. Prior to joining Arete Hall, Brian spent three years in special education. 

At Arete Hall, Brian is passionate about teaching students the original languages of the Bible. He is committed to excellence in his teaching and fostering an excitement in his students to encounter Scripture as it was first heard.

Brian enjoys spending time with his wife Kelsey and their three children, reading the Puritans, and exercising. Brian and his family are members at King’s Cross Reformed Church. 

Erica Miller serves as an Upper School Natural Philosophy teacher at Arete Hall, where she teaches mathematics.

She holds a BS in Mathematics from Florida Southern College and has 19 years of experience in teaching. Prior to joining Arete Hall, Erica has served as a 5-12th Mathematics Head and Adjunct Professor.

At Arete Hall, Erica is passionate about teaching math and shaping minds for His glory. She is committed to fostering a Christ-centered learning environment that glorifies our creator by seeing and honoring His order.

Erica enjoys cooking, camping, and spending time with her family.

Jessica Murphy serves as Lower Primary Teacher at Arete Hall, where she teaches Natural Philosophy, Humanities, and Linguistics. 

She holds a degree from Western Washington University and has 18 years of experience in homeschooling as a tutor in Classical Conversations, including two years teaching Latin at a private classical Christian school. Prior to joining Arete Hall, Jessica has enjoyed the opportunity to teach English in countries like Argentina and Turkmenistan. She loves exploring and appreciating the beauty in all of God’s creation, especially in the ordinary things we take for granted.

At Arete Hall, Jessica is passionate about sharing the joy of learning with the next generation of God’s children. She is committed to fostering a Christ-centered learning environment that integrates the truths of God’s word with the revealed truth in his creation. 

Jessica enjoys reading, hiking, and discussing just about anything of interest to humans.

Bill Peacock serves as the Secondary Humanities teacher at Arete Hall, where he teaches History, Theology, English, and Philosophy.

Bill holds a Bachelor of Arts (History, Philosophy) from the University of Northern Colorado and Masters of Business Administration from the University of Houston. He has four years of experience as a classroom teacher. Bill has spent more than thirty years studying theology and economics and applying them to his public policy work on local, state, and national issues. This includes 10 years of experience in the Texas Legislature and two state agencies.

At Arete Hall, Bill is passionate about applying God's Word to the study and understanding of the Humanities. He is committed to fostering a Christ-centered learning environment that fosters growth of his students’ faith and helps them identify and navigate the various challenges of living in the fallen world.

Bill is married to Kelly. They live in Hays County with their son, William, and attend King's Cross Reformed Church. He enjoys scooter/bike rides with his family, long walks with Salem (their black lab), watching the Houston Astros and Texas Aggies, and writing about societal/public policy challenges from a Reformed perspective.

Mindy Roth is a gifted teacher with experience in Humanities, Natural Philosophy, and Linguistics (Latin).  

She holds a degree in Social Science from California State University, Sacramento and has over 20 years of teaching experience.  Prior to joining Arete Hall, Mindy spent eight years teaching at a classical Christian school in Austin, instructing grades 6–12 in subjects including Astronomy, World History, U.S. History, and Latin.

At Arete Hall, Mindy is passionate about helping students see God in all subjects and values the interconnectedness of classical education as a means of shaping the soul. She is committed to fostering a Christ-centered learning environment by grounding all study in the revealed truth of Scripture and encouraging students to grow in their love for God through learning.

Mindy enjoys life on the farm with her husband of 19 years and their three children, who all attend Arete Hall.

Natasha Triplett serves as an Upper Primary Teacher and Art Teacher at Arete Hall, where she teaches Natural Philosophy, Humanities, and Linguistics as well as Art for Primary and Secondary students. 

She holds a B.F.A. in art education from Texas Christian University and has over 20 years of combined experience as an art teacher and in homeschooling. Prior to joining Arete Hall, Natasha taught Upper School Art at Valor and art classes for elementary, middle, and high school at One Day Academy and Vine Classical Community. She loves admiring and exploring the beauty of God’s creation with her students. 

At Arete Hall, Natasha is passionate about sharing the love of Christ with the next generation. She is committed to fostering a sense of wonder and a joyful learning environment where students can discover their talents and grow in faith, both academically and artistically. 

Outside the classroom, Natasha enjoys painting, reading, hiking, and spending time with her family.

Bianca Vimont serves as the Pedagogy and Program Director at Arete Hall, where she helps establish and carry out the school's classical vision by overseeing curriculum, training teachers in classical methods, and ensuring that every classroom faithfully cultivates wisdom and virtue.

She holds a B.S. from the University of Texas and a certification in classical education. Over her seventeen year career as an educator, Bianca has served as a homeschool instructor, classroom teacher in Latin, Logic, Natural History, Bible, and English, a department head of foreign language and humanities, and dean of academics at Veritas Academy. She was a founding board member and director of curriculum and teacher development for Trinity Classical School in Houston, and for nine years directed Biblically grounded after-school programs with Side by Side Kids within the Austin Independent School District (AISD). Her work is marked by rigorous classical formation, faithful teacher development, and a deep commitment to the liberal arts.

At Arete Hall, Bianca is passionate about cultivating wisdom, virtue, and intellectual curiosity in students, grounded in the conviction that all truth comes from God. She is committed to helping students pursue truth, goodness, and beauty while forming the character and discernment to glorify God and serve others with purpose, humility, and joy.

Outside the classroom, Bianca enjoys children's literature, traveling, dancing, baking, and the occasional day at Schlitterbahn with her family.
